There was a lack of practical lighting in the bathroom, and the absence of an elevator means you may have to navigate multiple flights of stairs with luggage.

This place is a gem! We loved the old charm, especially the cozy fireplace room—made it feel like a real escape. The girls at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast in that huge dining room was awesome, so much to choose from. Just wish the bathroom lighting was a bit better.

Such a charming old building! Super clean, felt really authentic! The staff was super helpful and parking was right in front. The location is perfect – just a few minutes from the main square! Can't wait to return! !

Centrally located, we loved how we could walk to all the main spots like the Roman Temple and Cathedral easily. It really felt like stepping back into history, with the hotel giving off a museum vibe, which I found fascinating.

The friendly staff provided exceptional service during my stay, particularly when they quickly assisted me with a personal emergency. Additionally, my upgraded room was spacious enough, and the breakfast feature, including a variety of breads, cheeses, and fantastic coffee, made for a pleasant start to each day.
